Accessibility
Draft for review. The effective date will be set when this page is published.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use joaliahq.com, including people with disabilities. We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our target. That standard is widely used and lines up with the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we do
- Review new pages and changes for accessibility before and after they go live
- Check color contrast, text sizes, headings, link text, and image descriptions
- Test keyboard navigation and screen reader support on key pages
- Fix issues as we find them or as people tell us about them
Where we are today
We have not yet confirmed that every page fully meets WCAG 2.2 AA, and we know there is more to do. A full review of the live site is still underway, so we are not listing specific faults here. If something is in the way, tell us and we will treat that as the list.
We have not recorded a full review date yet.
Content from others
Some parts of the site, such as the booking page, embedded content, and links to social platforms, are run by other companies. We can't fully control their accessibility, but we'll help you get what you need another way.
Tell us what's not working
If something on the site is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll work on a fix and help you get the information another way in the meantime.
