In 2024, Joalia Hospitality collaborated with Harry's Restaurant Group, Related Companies, and several prominent hospitality businesses in West Palm Beach to produce and co-sponsor a memorable charity event benefitting the Selfless Love Foundation. The highlight of the evening was a live performance by the Original Beach Boys, a result of our direct coordination efforts. The event raised an impressive $40,000 for Selfless Love Foundation and brought the community together for an unforgettable experience.
Key Features of the Event
Comprehensive Event Management: We collaborated and organized each aspect of the event, from initial planning to day-of execution. This included creating detailed itineraries, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations.
Ticketing Strategy: We implemented a tiered ticketing structure, including VIP options. Higher-tier tickets included a full prix fixe menu experience at Harry's and exclusive meet-and-greet sessions with the Beach Boys.
Logistics and Coordination: From liaising with the Beach Boys’ management to managing on-site logistics, all parties were brought in for seamless coordination.
Day-Of Co-Management: We coordinated a team of over 50 individuals, including restaurant staff and other personnel, to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
Food and Beverage Service: Guests enjoyed expertly curated drinks and a prix fixe menu at Harry's.
Afterparty Coordination: Following the main event, attendees were invited to an exclusive afterparty, offering additional entertainment and networking opportunities.
Budget Management: Joalia Hospitality carefully managed the event budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maintaining a high standard of quality and delivering a profitable outcome for the Selfless Love Foundation.
