When Harry’s and Adrienne’s set their sights on West Palm Beach, we knew the digital presence needed to do more than just launch—it had to carry the weight of legacy and meet the expectations of a discerning, bi-coastal audience.

We approached the project with deep respect for what made Harry’s Restaurant Group beloved in New York City: timeless hospitality, a commitment to quality, and the ease that defines every guest interaction. The goal was to reflect this digitally through a thoughtful, refined user experience that honored the brand’s heritage while embracing its next chapter.

Bringing New York to Florida

West Palm Beach has quickly become the downtown of Florida, with many of Harry’s longtime guests now calling it home. That connection shaped our strategy. We leaned into what New Yorkers already loved about Harry’s—its classic wine program, elevated yet approachable menus, and signature atmosphere—while adapting the tone and visual language to resonate with the Palm Beach market.

Digital Refresh Highlights

  • Elevated UX Design: We created intuitive navigation and clean layouts to guide users effortlessly—from browsing menus to booking reservations or ordering online.

  • Unified Group Identity: The Harry’s Restaurant Group website serves as a digital flagship, tying together all six concepts with storytelling, photography, and streamlined access to each property.

  • Location-Specific Branding: While the DNA of each brand remained intact, we refined color palettes, imagery, and language to feel contextually relevant to the WPB lifestyle.

  • Platform Integration: Each site integrates seamlessly with tools like OpenTable, Toast, and reservation CRMs, ensuring functionality matched form.

Collaborating with Related

Working with Related on the WPB property launch gave us the opportunity to extend branding from digital into physical. From digital programming to in-person activations, the collaboration ensured the expansion felt both intentional and community-oriented.

A Seamless Transition Across State Lines

Through every phase—from backend builds to branded storytelling—our objective was clear: make it feel like Harry’s has always belonged in West Palm. The result is a web presence that’s as effortless and elevated as the dining experience itself.
