The Challenge:

When we first partnered with Le District, New York was still reeling from the aftermath of COVID. The Financial District had emptied out, office workers were remote, and tourism was unpredictable. Le District—an ambitious French market concept with a café, fine dining, specialty shops, and waterfront bistro—needed a brand reset that honored its roots but embraced a modern, flexible future.

With foot traffic down and digital presence lagging, our challenge was clear: revive the brand, reengage locals, and reposition Le District as a must-visit destination—for a quick coffee, a celebratory dinner, or a Champagne-fueled waterfront lunch.

Our Approach:

We came on board as a full-service partner, aligning with internal teams across all divisions to create a streamlined, elevated experience both online and in person.

Our work included:

  • Social Media Management: Rebuilt strategy, tone, and visuals across platforms to speak to both neighborhood locals and experience-driven tourists.

  • Website Management: Cleaned up user journeys, streamlined navigation, and ensured hours, menus, and reservations were always up to date across multiple concepts.

  • Local SEO & Analytics: Implemented a local SEO overhaul with keyword optimizations for each outlet (Le Bar, Café District, L’Appart, etc.), paired with monthly reporting and insights.

  • Content Creation & On-Site Presence: Our team was on-site regularly to capture high-quality photography and video across the market, terrace, and restaurants—matching the seasonality and ever-changing menus.

  • Influencer Management & Brand Partnerships: Collaborated with premium partners like Miraval, Moët & Chandon, and Nicolas Feuillatte to host buzzworthy activations that elevated perception and created real foot traffic.

  • Event Strategy & Execution: From Bastille Day to Champagne brunches, we concepted, staffed, and promoted seasonal events that connected the community with the brand.

L’Appart: A Michelin Star, Month by Month

One of Le District’s crown jewels is L’Appart, a Michelin-starred chef’s table that reinvents its menu every month. We worked closely with the chef and in-house team to ensure that each new menu launch was reflected in real time across platforms.

  • Monthly photo and video shoots captured the artistry and storytelling behind each dish.

  • Custom landing pages and email announcements drove bookings and created buzz with regulars and first-timers alike.

  • A curated digital presence helped L’Appart maintain its elevated reputation while becoming more accessible to a broader fine dining audience.
